Two man were arrested Friday on charges that they stole scrap metal.
Jimmy Casey and Bobby Casey, both of 215 Rockhouse Road, were each charged with theft of property over $500, a felony.
The arrests came after Johnson City police were called to Omni Source, 110 Perma R Road, on Friday, police said in a news release.
The Caseys were held in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond each pending Sessions Court appearances today.
