A Johnson City man was arrested Thursday following an investigation into a reported burglary at a city business, according to a Johnson City Police Department news release.
Officers charged Brandon Hopson, 26, 2125 Hickory Springs Road, in connection with a burglary at North East Tennessee Real Estate, the release said.
Polices said multiple items totaling more than $10,000 in value were taken from the business.
Hopson was identified as a suspect in the incident and police said he later admitted his involvement.
He was taken to the Washington County Detention Center, where he was being held on $10,000 bond. Hopson is scheduled to appear in Sessions Court on Monday at 9 a.m.
