I am writing this letter in support of Jenny Brock, who is a candidate for the City Commission in the upcoming April election. I have known Jenny for more than 50 years — attending North Jr. High and Science Hill High School with her.

I have also been involved with her on several community and school projects and there is no one more qualified for the position of city commissioner than she. I have witnessed firsthand her effective leadership and excellent communications skills with various officials in our community as well as her accountability and character.

Most of all, Jenny has the city of Johnson City in her heart and I know that will enable her to do an incredible job for all of us.
