Why do Tony Clark and his colleagues continue to try Kent Harris on the same charge? He is wasting the taxpayers’ money and everyone can see that this seems to be a personal vendetta on his part. The two juries have shown that the majority voted not guilty, and if a poll was taken by the citizens in Unicoi County and Washington County it would also show he is not guilty.

The facts presented during the trial supported what Kent Harris has said all along — he did not take one cent from Unicoi County. The taxpayers of Unicoi County need to speak up and remind Clark that it is their tax money he is wasting, and also remember this at election time.
