OAK RIDGE — One-page fliers bearing the letterhead of the United Klans of America and announcing a neighborhood watch were left this week in resealable baggies weighted down with rocks in an older neighborhood in the western end of the city.

“You can sleep well tonight knowing the UKA is awake!” the fliers state.
