When will America wake up and do something about these habitual offenders? These multiple offense drunk drivers flat out don't care if they kill someone or not. This should be looked at no diferently than attempted murder. I am going to again ask our county leaders to take a stand on this. Why won't you make a law to severely punish these people? Your lack of effort is going to result in the death of someone innocent.

Couldn't agree more masonjar! Letting them roam free endangering the lives of and killing other people is b.s.!

If he is receiving any government assistance it should end. Why should others support this type of bad behavior. Maybe ship the criminals off to a third world country to serve out their prison term, instead of 3 meals a day, medical attention, and tvs they could be in an unheated prison cell with 5 others inmates.

Excellent plan beresponsible! I am sick of supporting and my tax dollars being used to prosecute and house these leeches on society.

I agree with all your post if they would put as much attention of drunk driver killing people as they do guns just maybe some thing would be done .But one thing about it is the beer companies have got a lot of pull and pay off`s when it comes to their business.

beresponsible is right on, if you are on public assistance and are busted or DUI or a drug offense, benefits should stop automatically.

I like all of the responses. When bath salts was a huge problem, all attention went there and the problem petered out. Why can we not do the same for DUI or drugs?

Alcohol may be legal, but its illegal to drive or work this way.

Have the offenders become accountable
