Woman faces ID theft charge after traffic stop

A 22-year-old woman was arrested Sunday in Johnson City on identity theft and driving on a suspended license charges.

Ashley K. D’Angelo, 4126 Old Jonesborough Road, was arrested after a traffic stop on West Walnut Street at Huffine Road, police said in a news release.

D’Angelo was jailed in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond pending a Sessions Court appearance Tuesday.
