CHURCH HILL — A homeless Church Hill teen was charged with theft Saturday after allegedly stealing panties from two neighbors who had agreed to give him a place to stay.
Early Saturday morning, Church Hill Police Department Assistant Chief Roddy Miller responded to Hickory Hills Apartments on Silver Lake Road on a theft complaint.
Kristen Fortin reportedly told Miller that the previous evening she’d agreed to let Connor Greear, 18, stay with her because Greear was homeless.

Wonder if he took them from the dirty laundry or the dresser drawer. Sounds like a perv - it's amazing that someone would allow a stranger to stay overnight in their domicile. There are several agencies that will help the homeless...guess he has a home now in jail.

The truly bothersome part of the story is, this guy stole panties from an 8-year old girl. He claims to have a fetish. Sounds like a budding pervert. He also stole panties from the same gal he stole the rings from. I'd think this dude needs to be mentally evaluated. Stealing panties from an adult is one thing, stealing them from a little girl is something else.
