A bomb threat called in to Kingsport central dispatch at approximately 3 p.m. has prompted the evacuation of the Justice Center downtown.
As of 3:30 p.m. police were conducting a sweep of the building. The Justice Center holds the Kingsport Police Department and Kingsport courts.
